Hello again, everyone! We know it’s been a while. Life keeps throwing new things — mostly good things — at us, and it’s during these times that meals tend to be less planned and more thought up on the spot, with a mix of old favorites and random experiments that may or may not work. You may have seen some of that on social media; if not, please give us a follow! Some of these experiments will eventually become recipes for sure — including that pizza recipe we keep meaning to write up for y’all.
But this coming week, we’re taking a very special kind of break. Like many people, we haven’t taken a major vacation in a very long time. But with things slowing down a bit — family-wise, school-wise, and pandemic-wise — we’re going to Miami! This will be a return for one of us, and a brand new experience for the others. (Time to see what that Cuban bread is all about!) We’re hoping it’ll be as inspiring as it is relaxing.
